Personal history:
1979-1983 major in heat treatment process and equipment of Shandong University (former Shandong University of Technology / Shandong Institute of Technology).
After graduating from university in 1983, Li Yongsheng was assigned to the No. 1 factory in the domestic rock drilling machinery industry. He has been engaged in technical work for 25 years and has successively held the posts of technician, office director, deputy director of technical department, deputy chief engineer, deputy general manager of technology and director.
In 2005, he won the special allowance of the State Council and became the academic leader of the rock drilling machinery industry in China.
In 2008, he founded Shandong Tianrui Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman and chief engineer.
In 2012, he led the team to enter the field of magnetic levitation technology, overcome a number of "choke neck" technologies, and developed and produced a series of magnetic levitation energy-saving technical equipment.
In 2020, he was elected as an academician of the Russian Academy of engineering.
In 2021, it was rated as an excellent Communist Party member of Shandong Province and an excellent entrepreneur of Shandong Province.
In 2022, he was awarded the title of "Shandong excellent inventor" by the people's Government of Shandong Province and was elected as the representative of the Twelfth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shandong Province.
He was elected as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress in 2023.（It shall be submitted to the Credentials Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for examination）.
